VDH-European Winner Show in Dortmund, 01.05.2009

Every year at the first weekend in May the VDH held their European Winner Show in Dortmund. Actually this the highlight in Germany in springtime. But unfortunately at least the Scottie entry tends to go down continuously.

The Scotties were judged by the breed specialist, Mrs. Eva Vogel. When I got my first Scottie, she already bred in her kennel "of White and Black" for years. This was the time when she also showed her most successful English import Ch. Scarista Lord Snooty. You can still find Snooty behind many top quality Scotties.

After the judging the Scottish Terrier Förderverein (German Scottish Terrier Fanciers Association) celebrated a small after-show-party for all Scottie exhibitors. Many people donated food and drinks so there was a rich refreshment bar. Finally nearly all Scottie fans came together in a nice athmosphere.
