Double CACIB show in Vejen. The 2nd. day the Scotties were judged in the same ring like on Saturday. This was very handy because the exhibitors could leave their tents and some equipment. The weather was fine, no more wind anymore. This time the Scotties were judged by Mr. Ferdinando Asnaghi from Italz. According to the www he is an allrounder. Unfortunately he seemed to be not at all in the right mood for judging this day. Please don't get me wrong: I do not criticize his decisions but his personal charisma and the way he disregarded the exhibitors and their dogs. Never before (in 25 years) I have met a judge that was as bad tempered and bored. He managed to finish the 25 Scotties within less than 50 minutes - including judge report! In these circumstances it was difficult to follow the judging. As soon as one class was in the ring - it was already finished! We exhibitors finance the shows. I think, beside a qualified judging we may also expect at least a minimum of courtesy. Mr. Asnaghi failed to meet the quality of the Scotties shown! Because of the hectic pace in- and outside the ring no further pictures were possible.
